Gabriela is the Founder and CEO of Luna Maps, a digital cartography platform focused on mapping and designing innovation ecosystems across coastal and emerging markets. She works at the intersection of technology, policy, and ecosystem development, offering practical insight into how Blue Tech clusters are formed, supported, and sustained over time.

Brian Connon
Brian is the Vice President of Ocean Mapping at Saildrone, leading autonomous ocean mapping and hydrographic surveying initiatives globally. A former U.S. Navy oceanographer and hydrographer, he brings extensive experience in ocean data, seabed mapping, and responsible marine data collection, with direct involvement in large-scale mapping projects in and around the Cayman Islands.

Izzy Forde
Izzy is the Head of Global Mobility Cayman Enterprise City (CEC), where he leads the development of Cayman’s legislatively backed special economic zones for knowledge-based businesses. He provides strategic insight into Cayman’s innovation landscape and the role of regulatory clarity, physical presence, and ecosystem support in enabling long-term, sustainable growth.
