Gabriela is the Founder and CEO of Luna Maps, a digital cartography platform focused on mapping and designing innovation ecosystems across coastal and emerging markets. She works at the intersection of technology, policy, and ecosystem development, offering practical insight into how Blue Tech clusters are formed, supported, and sustained over time.

Brian is the Vice President of Ocean Mapping at Saildrone, leading autonomous ocean mapping and hydrographic surveying initiatives globally. A former U.S. Navy oceanographer and hydrographer, he brings extensive experience in ocean data, seabed mapping, and responsible marine data collection, with direct involvement in large-scale mapping projects in and around the Cayman Islands.

Izzy is the Head of Global Mobility at Cayman Enterprise City (CEC), supporting international businesses as they establish a physical presence in the Cayman Islands’ Special Economic Zones. She works closely with founders and teams to streamline setup and relocation, ensuring a smooth transition into Cayman’s business community.
