Each year we aim to place 20 + young people with internships throughout Cayman’s special economic zones. The CEC internship programme is open to students between the ages of 18-25 and lasts for one to two months, typically during the summer months. An intern can be a valuable addition to your team and CEC makes it easy by helping to recruit and onboard new interns.
Each year CEC hosts a networking event with the aim of connecting university/college students and recent graduates with Zone professionals. This is a great opportunity to scout future talent and provide local students with information about embarking on a career in your industry.
The CEC mentorship programme is an excellent way to get involved and give back to the local community. Mentorships can last anywhere from one session to 6-month placements. This is a great way to meet local students and you might just find your next employee!
